COMAC will set up its headquarters in Zhuqiao, Pudong, Shanghai, where it will become a large aircraft industry base and an urban aviation city. Aircraft accessories companies of various countries and brands are focusing on the layout of Zhuqiao.

Wiskind is fortunate to cooperate with China Aviation Planning, Construction and Development Co., Ltd. to participate in the COMAC fuel test hangar project, and contribute to China's aviation industry.


The project is located in Zhuqiao, east of Shanghai, near the East China Sea. It is affected by the subtropical monsoon climate all the year round and has high humidity. At the same time, because of its location near the sea, the air contains extremely high levels of chloride ions. It has a higher positioning for the selection of materials for the project.


The Licai Ding product from Wiskind's classic Licai series is used in this project. It is a multifunctional product that meets individual requirements and integrates fire resistance, heat preservation, waterproof, weather resistance, wind resistance, compression resistance, sound absorption, and noise reduction. Sandwich composite board.

The product uses PVDF color-coated double-sided steel plate, which improves the weather resistance of the material and the overall service life of the building, and is very suitable for use in coastal areas.


At the same time, the core material is made of high-density water-repellent rock wool that meets the Class A fire rating, and is filled with rigid polyurethane foam at the installation side. The extremely low thermal conductivity can effectively block heat conduction and improve the overall thermal insulation performance of the overall building.

For the coastal environment, polyurethane edge sealing increases the air-tightness of the board and effectively prevents the core material from reducing its strength due to moisture absorption. At the same time, rigid polyurethane foam can increase the structural strength and connection strength of the tongue and mouth, prevent the tongue and mouth deformation, and enhance the wind resistance.
