Animal vaccines have a source guarantee significance for national biosecurity and food safety. QingdaoYebio, a leading veterinary vaccine company, has established a world-class vaccine R & D and production base in Yibang Biotechnology Industrial Park. In the three phase of the project,Wiskind's clean room enclosure system was applied to create a high-standard clean space to ensure biological safety.

"Three-level protection" standard

Yebio Bioengineering has built the most advanced technology innovation R & D platform in China, including "National Key Laboratory of Animal Genetic Engineering Vaccines" and "National Enterprise Technology Center", and became the first African swine fever vaccine R & D institution.

The advanced technological innovation force has established the industry-leading mission of the three-phase project. The new project has a lyophilized GMP workshop, an inactivated vaccine workshop, a storage center, and a technical center, covering the entire industrial chain of vaccine R & D and production.

Whether it is a national laboratory or the vaccine production process, the three-phase project strictly implements the new GMP standard for veterinary drugs and the "three-level protection" standard, and has process engineering challenges with a wide range of biological safety, large scale, and many links. According to the biological safety control principles, production process risk assessment and air flow control, strict requirements are put forward for the cleanliness of the space.

System integration solution

Faced with a high level of protection, Wiskind provided a biosafety space solution for the three phase of the Yebio project. The modularized, integrated and standardized production and construction concept is in line with the concept of "box in box" in the project layout. The project uses Wiskind clean board of 45,000 square meters, and the product performance and enclosure structure design can adapt to the severe challenges.

▶ Antibacterial panel: customized color-coated steel plate, which effectively prevents the growth of bacteria, and has the characteristics of anti-disinfection and corrosion resistance.

▶ Double gypsum board aluminum honeycomb: high flatness and toughness, with top-level air tightness, which is an ideal choice in the field of cleanliness. Double-layer gypsum board adopts the products of world building material giant Saint-Gobain, which has the characteristics of moisture resistance, stability and high quality.

▶ Non-wedge-shaped board surface: the flatness is higher, and the imported waterproof gypsum and aluminum honeycomb form a seamless structure to improve the flatness, fire resistance and strength of the board.

▶ Fully automatic production line:Wiskind independently developed the world's first clean board automatic production line. The process flow is accurately measured and intelligently controlled. The precision, strength and flatness of the clean room sandwich panel are greatly improved, and digital flexible production is realized.
