Recently, Wiskind and BASF held a unique innovation seminar at the Pudong base in Shanghai, China.



The two sides carried out brainstorming sessions around the three major themes of product, personnel and promotion in the 7P theory of marketing, and set the topic and direction for the cooperation and innovation of the strategic cooperation between the two parties.

Jessica Xiang, General Manager of the Cold Chain Business Division of Shandong Wiskind Steel Building Stock Co., Ltd, introduced the development plan and market strategy of Wiskind's cold chain business.


In the afternoon, the two sides ushered in the highlight of this event - joint innovation brainstorming. As the host of this link, Liu Qiong, manager of the construction and sales department of BASF's characteristic materials, introduced the rules of brainstorming. We divided the three activity groups of “product”, “personnel” and “promotion”, each focusing on the topic of this group. Start the discussion quickly.



During the discussion, everyone expressed their opinions on the needs and future development of the customers. Everyone opened their minds and made a lot of noise.



In order to ensure that everyone can fully express their opinions on each topic, the team adopts a one-hour rotation method, and the facilitator guides and records as the team leader.



In the afternoon, everyone exchanged ideas and collided with each other. The guides of each group collected and arranged all the creative ideas and innovative ideas, and discussed the feasibility and listed the action plan. Finally, each group publishes the results and publishes the innovative projects and action plans discussed by the group.



Han Wei, Director of Business Management of BASF's Specialty Materials Architecture, summarized the seminar in the afternoon. He said that through today's language exchange and thinking collision, we can foresee that our joint innovation will have many issues to be carried out in the future. It will also be improved and improved from joint innovation.
