Ⅰ. Taking advantage of this trend, the commercialization of domestic HPV is accelerated

Ⅱ. A new generation of clean rooms leading the safe preparation of HPV vaccine

Recbio HPV vaccine industrial production base covers an area of about 123 acres, the total construction area of more than 100,000 square meters, the main construction content includes HPV vaccine building, comprehensive warehouse, quality inspection R & D building, animal house, power center and other new production plants, built a number of production lines and preparation production lines.

The most important thing in vaccine preparation and production is the clean room, and the most important thing in the clean room is its internal envelope structure and its material composition. After extensive research, Recbio decisively selected Wiskind's next-generation clean room solution as a strategic step toward commercializing the HPV vaccine.

In the second phase of the project, Recbio selected the white ® series clean sandwich panel. Launched jointly by Wiskind and Bao-steel, the system is specifically targeted at the pharmaceutical industry:

White ® achieved a breakthrough in color coating technology, adding silver ion Ag+ and antiviral factors to the coating.

During the design phase of this project, we configured modular solutions for Recbio, such as integrated Angle system and hollow return air system. These products and solutions not only integrate the functions of the clean room, reduce various costs, but also improve the construction efficiency and quality, and the interior beauty of the entire production site has also been improved.
