Colorspar® sandwich panel is a new generation of polyurethane cold storage board developed by Wiskind, with excellent thermal insulation and fireproof performance, excellent high and low temperature stability and higher fireproof grade.

The cold storage panel adopts the hard core material of polyurethane pentane B1 foaming technology. It uses BASF Elastopir® hard foam combination material system, which can pass the GB8624-2012 B1 fireproof requirements, not only in line with the new domestic fire safety regulations, but also meet the market demand for highly flame-retardant products.

The hard core material is a thermosetting material, which has no melting dripping when exposed to fire and heat, and has good structural stability. The composite of polyurethane and metal surface material can further improve the flame retardant performance of the board. With excellent fireproof performance, it enables customers to build cold storage facilities with higher safety and durability.

"Zero" emission of harmful gases

During the research and development process, Colorspar® also pays great attention to its environmental characteristics. The product has an ODP value of 0 and an extremely low GWP value. There is no freon emission in the production process. The advanced fluorine-free pentane foaming process can better protect the earth's ozone layer from damage.

Polyurethane becomes a flame retardant material after adding flame retardants. When burning, a carbonized layer will form on the surface, which helps to isolate the lower foam and effectively prevent the spread of fire. It does not produce harmful gases at high temperatures, further reducing the secondary hazards after the fire occurs.

Cold storage fire partition · Special

Wiskind’s cold storage fire partition special board takes full consideration of the safety of cold storage. The core material of this product is selected from high-quality 98% hydrophobic rock wool, which has excellent fire retardant properties and a fire rating of A.
